Saxan joined Shoosmiths in November 2010 and during the course of her training she gained knowledge and experience in dealing with claims involving personal injury, industrial disease, contentious probate, legal and contractual disputes and professional negligence.
Saxan qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in October 2017 and now handles injury claims resulting from road traffic, workplace and public liability accidents. She is also part of the various teams that deal with high profile complex and serious injury claims for which the department has an increasing reputation.
